Studio Policies & Frequently Asked Questions
Please arrive five minutes prior to scheduled appointment or class start time so that we may discuss any injuries you may have, go over the equipment, fill out any necessary paperwork, go over any policies and procedures, and last but not least answer any questions you might have.
*All classes / sessions must be pre-paid and pre booked unless otherwise stated
*Private Reformer Pilates sessions require grip socks for safety and hygienic purposes
( we have socks available for purchase in our studio, you may also bring your own.
*Towel service and filtered water are available, please bring your own water bottles
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask that you do so within 12 hours.
Cancellations made inside the 12-hour window will be billed the full amount of the session.
Multiple cancellations / No shows risk the result of termination as a client with Fit Bodhi.
No refunds on Un-used Classes
(All classes/ packages/sessions have an expiration date and can not be extended unless otherwise agreed upon between the instructor and client.
There is no refund on unused sessions or classes.
